We encourage users to use safe cybersecurity practices and sharing recommendations below:

  1. 1. Social Login with 2FA - We recommend using Google or Apple social media logins and enabling two-factor authentication which adds an additional layer of security to your account. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). 2FA adds an additional layer of security to your account. 2FA provides additional security because it requires two sources(password and randomly generated code valid for a small duration sent to your secured personal device) and makes it much harder for anyone to gain access to your account.

  2. 2. Keeping Account Passwords Safe - Use a unique and complex password with at least a length of 8, numbers and alphanumeric and special characters, and a unique password different from your other online accounts

  3. 3. Use Biometrics - Provides an additional layer of security via touch ID and/or faceID if available on devices.

  4. 4. Review Devices Information Periodically - Via app preferences, you can view the unique device login and location information so you could detect any suspicious activity and take appropriate actions.

  5. Notifications for new device login, trades - Keep notifications enabled on your brokerage accounts for new device log in or trades so that you could detect any suspicious activity and take appropriate actions.
